Stuck in the 400s although studyinf for 3 months

Dear All,

I haven't actually take the actual exams, but I did take the official practice twice and I scored always in the range 400-450. My score goal is 700, but 650 is good enough for me to apply. But it seems I stuck in the 400s and hard to increase my score. I schedule my test in end of january but I think I'm gonna move the date.

I have no idea what should I do to get to my dream score. What can I do at this point?

I will appreciate some helpful guidance.
