If x^2 +2x15=m , where x is an integer from -10 and 10, inclusive, what is the probability that m is greater than zero?

My answer came as 6/20 which is not in option. My whole concept is in question![:roll:]( "Rolling Eyes")
as zero has been taken as an integer. Can anyone tell me when to take zero as an integer?? and If so kindly explain difference between whole number and a natural number. I searched and found zero as a natural number. ![:cry:]( "Crying or Very sad")
