Query on MSC in Management from UK

Hi,

I am planning to go for MSC in Management from UK ( preferably from Lancaster/Leeds/Strathclyde) in this fall.

I have two years of experience in IT industry (TCS) and currently also continuing my service.

My query is -

1. Will it really add any value in my future job life .
2. What will be future job prospect . Is it possible to grab a decent job in UK / India as I am leaving my current job and investing a hefty amount of money so job prospectus matters a lot here.
3. As I heard that one year degree is not helpful at all , is it true?
4. Companies in UK interested in job experience rather than some degree ?

Dear experts, please provide me the answers of the questions which will be very helpful for me to take the decision.
