690 --> 660. Not giving up... need plan for 700+

Hi guys, I got a 690 my first time around and wanted to retake it to get 700+... but moreso, because I got a Q45 when I was scoring Q47s on GMATPrep. Fastforward a month of studying, I dropped to a Q41. I think some issues were timing, data sufficiency, geometry, and confidence. It's weird because I've never had a timing issue on a GMATPrep test. In fact on those, I was almost always ahead of schedule.

I've used MGMAT books and done the OG guides and quant/verval supplements.

My verbal has been cosistent at a 40 across the two tests and practice tests, so doing okay there.

Any thoughts on a plan of action?
