I registered for the free trial of e-gmat today. Here are my thoughts/queries:
1) Immediately after registering when i logged out and tried to log in again, it showed incorrect password while logging. After 3-4 attempts, I had to ultimately reset the password to log in again.
2) The status of the lesson still showed "Not completed" even after completing all the slides. Earlier I read somewhere that you have to exit through a green button in the top right corner. But there was no green button. I tried in different browsers but couldnt do it. e-gmat users/administrators please throw some light.
3) Is there some support email id/ phone number where I could reach with these queries or I have to rely on forums?
4) If someone misses the live session, can we get those in some kind of archive in our account. In this case does the guarantee hold if we attend those archived session?![]()
