Thank you very much for taking the time to read through my profile.

Here it is,

Personal Info:
Male

Nationality: Native American (I have a CDIB)

1) Work Experience:
During college I started a successful business. The business served 100's of customers and generated $10,000 - $20,000 in revenue annually. I won a start-up business competition at my school. Immediately after graduation I worked as an investment banking analyst at a start-up oil & gas investment banking firm. After 6 months I left to join a real estate development / private equity firm. I have been working here for just over 2 years. I am in charge of leasing, real estate development planning, building pro-formas for prospective projects / presenting my findings to the owners, and forming strategy with upper management on investments in commercial real estate, hotels, and other businesses.
2) GMAT:
680, willing to take it again.

5) Important certifications: None
6) Your target programs: HBS, Wharton, Tuck, Booth, Columbia
7) When you plan to apply? R1: 2014
8) Attain an upper management role at the firm I currently work at. Be a successful investor and entrepreneur.

I have recommendations from alumni of some of the schools mentioned.
I am worried that my low GPA / low GMAT combo may hurt my chances of getting into the elite programs that I mentioned.

Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate your time and effort.
