Please suggest a good b-school for my profile

Hi I am an idian IT female 23 years old with 78% in B.Tech. I have graduated from Vignan's engineering college affiliated to JNTU kakinada,Andhra pradesh.My 10th standard score is 89.5% and inetremediate is 95%.I graduated in 2011. I was recruited by TCS(Tata consulatncy services) on campus and while waiting for the call letter i have worked as an assistant professor for 8 months in an engineering college.I joined TCS on jan 2012. I am working for an US client and i have daily interaction with them. I have taken GMAT once(640:Q:51,V:25) AWA 5 out of 6.I am planning to reake GMAT by the end of September and i am sure i will improve. I am confused to take TOFEL or IELTS as i am going to apply only for us b-schools. However i will take one of them after retaking GMAT. I am planning for MBA 2014 intake . I participated in college level sports events and helped organize college level fests. To be frank not sure of what specialization to choose in MBA . I feel consulting or HR suits me,but no clear cut expectations.Please suggest me some us b-schools i can aim at. Awaiting reply.
