MBA with less Work Experience and Masters in managemnt enqry

I have a prequalification work experience of 3.5 years before finishing my Chartered Accountancy Course in india. I wish to enquire whether any top ivy League schools would accept a student with little or no work exp for an MBA program?

Also, if not MBA, Are there Opportunities in Pre Experience Masters program iN US or UK Ivy League Institutions? Can you list down a few reputed universities for Pre experience MIM Program in US as wel as UK.Image may be NSFW.
