Should I retake the GMAT ASAP!

Hi all

I have took the GMAT in July and August and have scored 450 with Q 39(46%) - V 14(8%) and 530 with Q 36(38%) - V 27(45%) respectively.

My question is : should I retake it in September since I am in the study zone or 4 weeks would not be enough to improve my score above 650?
