I would appreciate if you can evaluate my profile.

Male, 26, Polish
4 years in strategy management consulting with 2 promotions. (+ MBA scholarship available, in case it is considered an upside in the eyes of adcom)
Experience in diverse geographies from the Middle East to Western Europe and in quite diverse topics (turnarounds, bottom line improvements etc...) where I can show some impact.
3.33 GPA in Engineering (with honors) from the top local university + academic scholarship
GMAT 650 q50 v28, AWA6, IR8.
Various extra-curricular activities from extreme sports to NGOs.
Regarding reference letters, I think I can secure one or two from my clients (senior level) and certainly a good one from one or two partners at my firm.

I am willing apply to Columbia, Wharton, and Booth, mainly because of their strength in finance area (especially for Wharton) and in risk and operations (especially for Columbia).
If no chance as a second option I may go for INSEAD and LBS.
I intend to avoid from retaking GMAT, instead, I would love to focus on preparing a strong application given that I have long time ahead before R1s and ED in 2016. (of course if there is a light)
Having in mind that my GMAT is very likely to hold me back to some extent, I would appreciate your comments on likelihood for acceptance to these schools and do you think it is possible to counterweight my gmat with my work experience?
