Hi guys,
My GMAT test is scheduled at Sept 6th. I just want to ask you guys' opinions on whether I should focus more on Quant or Verbal for the next 2 weeks.
Background: Engineering undergrad degree but currently working as an analyst in a bank. Non-native English speaker but pretty much used English as a means of communication for the last 10 years (other than to my parents).
Here are my CAT scores:
MGMAT 1 : IR:6-7 Q:48/78% V:37/81% Total:700/90%
MGMAT 2 : IR:5-7 Q:49/83% V:39/88% Total:720/94%
MGMAT 3 : IR:7-8 Q:47/73% V:43/96% Total:730/96%
GMATPREP 1 : IR:8 Q:49/83% V:35/74% Total:700/90%
It seems that so far my quant scores have been pretty consistent but my verbal have been fluctuating. Luckily the total score has not been lower than 700. Would it be more worthwhile for me to focus on verbal more than quant, knowing that I need to ensure my verbal doesn't drop drastically during the actual test? Also, is it better for me to do more practice CATs or go back to read the fundamentals? Timing was never a problem for me, I usually finish quant with 5 minutes left and verbal with 10 minutes left.
Thanks!
