ADVISE REGARDING MBA SCHOOL AND PROFILE EVALUATION

Hi,

Iam Niladri Bandyopadhyay from Kolkata,WB,India.Iam 37 years old.I have an experience of 13 years experience in the Banking sector,both in the Branch Banking and Loan Operations.Iam presently Senior Manager in Axis Bank Ltd,Kolktata.My priority now is to do a 1 year full time MBA for career advancement in the Banking Sector.
Regarding my education profile,I have done M.A. Economics from Rabindra Bharati University,Kolkata and also have done Part time MBA (Banking and Finance) from IISWBM,Kolkata University.Education Results-Class 10th(CBSE)-58%,Class 12th(CBSE)-57%,B.A.(Economics)-54%,M.A.(Economics)-52%,MBA(Banking and Finance)-58%.
Pls advise whether my decision to do a 1 year full time MBA will help me in my career advancement and also advise the details of schools that will fit my requirement and profile.Also,advise the GMAT score that is necessary for my profile.
