Powerscore CR worth it if you're proficient at CR?

Guys,

I was wondering whether the Powerscore CR book is worth going through if you're already pretty good at CR (90+ % correct on OG questions within 1.5 min / question)? Does it only explain basic concepts or are there sections for very tough CR questions, comparable to MGMAT Advanced Quant questions?
