Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum and going to apply for MSA program. My profile is week..but my target is also not top colleges. Hope someone can help me ....
I am a permanent resident but I graduated from a Chinese university with Bachelors in English. I just wrote my first gmat and only scored 640 (48 in quantitative, 31 in verbal). I know it is not a good score but I can not guarantee my second try will be better... So I am not sure what kind of B school I can get into. Some one said my score can even try UTD, but their average gmat score is 668...
I have 4 years working experiences in China, but I was told the MSA program is different from MBA since the gpa and gmat score are their main considerations.
Since some friend told me I am living in Missouri now so it will be better to apply for the school in state for cheaper tuition fee. Mizzou and WU are the best schools in MO, but my score is not good enough. I was recommended UMKC and Truman State, but not so sure whether they are good choices since their b- school ranked after 150. I am willing to move to west coast cities like San Diego or cities near Texas. If any one know anything about these schools, please help me out.
Really need some help to choose the right school, please recommend!
Thank you,
ELSA
