Retaking undergrad courses

Hello,

I plan to retake some college courses due to my low GPA in undergrad. Admission Office's recommendation is to take calculus at a community college. But what level of Calculus? Calculus I, II, or III? In order to get to Calculus III, I need to spend 2 semesters finishing I & II, I'm just little unclear what's the expectation for Calculus?

I'm also advice to take Finance courses at a community college, what does that mean exactly? The closest thing I can find is Introduction to Business class where the syllabus covers business fiance topics... I'm lost here, any help guys?
