Project Analyst or Team Leader Operations ?

Hi

I am an Indian working as an IT System Analyst with 4 yrs of work ex .
I have two job offers with me , one as a Project Analyst and the other as Team Leader Operations .

The Project Analyst will work in the Project Management dept of the IT division and work along the Project Manager in implementing the IT projects . These projects will follow the waterfall model of SDLC .

The Team Leader Operations will lead a small team which will work extensively on the User Acceptance Testing of Software Implementations .

The Project Analyst will not lead a team , but will have much more exposure in Managing the projects from the initiating to closing phase , while the Team Leader operations will lead a team but will only work in Quality and the project closing sections .

Now i am confused , and not sure which one to join .

I intend to do my MBA in General Management and Strategy . I am not sure which profile will help me out more . Can anyone help me out on this ... ?
