Admission to MS courses in the US as a fresher

I am a recent BE graduate in Information and technology with an aggregate of 52% , I intend on applying to colleges providing the MS degree in supply chain management in the US through GMAT. Do i stand a chance with such a low undergraduate aggregate provided i score exceptionally well on the GMAT? I am looking for University of arizona, texas-austin, minnesota or maryland.
