Can someone evaluate my profile please?

I very much appreciate if someone can evaluate my chances of going to the following top schools this year and what/how should I improve my experiences to have a better chance to get in. My friend told me base on my description I might have a better chance to apply entrepreneur rather than finance although in fact my long term career goal will be banking/VC/PE. Thank you

top UC school, all in Electrical Engineering. Undergraduate GPA 3.8 Graduate GPA 3.6. Honor student in undergraduate and received undergraduate
grant. Did one year graduate research with well known professor in my field
2. Work experience
Two year start-up company experiences in cutting edge semiconductor chip design company. Before this held one Analyst Internship @GS/MS/UBS ,
IBD department in China. Before this had two internships in another big company i.e intel/qualcomm/TI/AMD. Published one paper.
3. Other activities
Have been heavily involved in high school/college artistic groups and played leadership role. Played piano for college orchestra and chorus.
Helped organize major artistic groups competition among colleges in China and helped organize artistic group in China to perform in US universities.
Helped organize a business event in the U.S that involved several big Chinese companies in electronics, consumer, real estate, and cultural
areas
4. GMAT
1st attemp is 710. Will take second time and aim at 730 and beyond.
5. Recommendation
Possible to have one from the CEO of my current company. Another possibly from a MD at GS/MS/UBS China.
