Hey,

I am looking for advise to finalize the B-schools that I should apply to for the 2014 intake.
My details are as follows:-

Name - Rohan Pardeshi
Age - 26
Nationality - Indian
GMAT - 650 Q47 V32
B.E. (electronics) Mumbai Unv - 6.9/10

Extra Curricular - I don't have much to showcase here. Participated in multiple Sailing competition (Including National level competitions)

WE - 45 months
Industry - Telecom
Role - PMO (Project Management Office)
Certification - Microsoft Project (Attained Certification, 35 PDU)
Work Experience - Started of as a Field Engineer. Within a year moved to Project Management. Started off as a Project Support where i assisted the PM to drive the project. Within a year moved on to the central PMO Team. As a Team we were responsible for the governance of all the projects undergoing. Had overall view of all projects. Was the Project Manager in the development and deployment of Project Management Tool.
In the past one year moved into Program Management.

Career Goals: - Honestly, I am undecided about this. (one thing i do know is that i am definitely not inclined towards Finance). Currently, a general Management looks like my best bet. I really have to do some soul searching on this. Would love to hear from you guys on how you decided.

I know i have a pretty weak application.

Need suggestions on the following:-
1. Which B-Schools are my safest bet?
2. Which B-Schools can I try my luck with?
3. Is it wise to give my GMAT again in Aug, 2013 or should I concentrate on my applications?
4. For the LOR, should I get one from my CEO (who I have worked with a handful number of times) or from my boss?
5. Will the fact that i was a Contractual Employee affect my application?

Regards,
Rohan Pardeshi
