Need Advice

Hello,

I would be happy to hear advice about what should I do as a next steps.

I'm 22 year old male from Georgia (not US), finished my bachelor degree in finance in June 2012.
GPA 3.1/4.0 I know it looks really bad, but the average GPA in my university was really low. With 3.1 I'm in top 10% of my class.

GMAT: did it week ago. got 700 (50/35).

Work: working since 2011. Did internship in real estate company and retailer company, then worked in both of them for one year as a financial analyst.
Currently working in one of the largest company of my country (oil and gas corporation) as a quality control manager in construction department and evaluating future projects in strategic planning department.

I want to do MBA or even master program preferably in finance or related fields in US and I have several questions:

1. Should I retake GMAT? I have feeling that I can get around 720-740 if practice actively couple of weeks. But is it worth?

2. Which schools and programs would you recommend me to apply to.

3.What can I do currently to make my profile better and make it possible to apply to higher ranked schools.

Thank you in advance.
