So this is probably not going to be a standard question... There's one thing that I really want to do before my MBA. I want to quit my job and go travel for a year around the world. I'm sure the experience will be extremely enlightening, but I'm scared that if I were to have 4 years of work experience and then a year of travelling, MBA admissions officer might think less of my profile.
What's your experience, how would you view a person who decided to do an around the year-long world trip right before getting their MBA?
