Profile review request

Hello!
I would like to know what my chances are of getting into Harvard or Stanford in three-ish years time?

This is a ouline of my planned path for the next few years (the arrow represents where I am today so the stuff below is just a plan):
- Degree (4 years)
- Rolls Royce internship (6 months)
- Travel (6 months) <------ [Currently here so the below is just a plan]
- Rolls Royce graduate operation management program (3 years?)
- MBA (2 years)
- After want to work at MBB working with companies in the manufacturing sector


To give you more detail of the stuff I have got so far:
- Education:
+ Graduated a 4 year undergraduate degree in the (Master in Science - Physics) from a good UK university
+ High 1st grade (~3.9 - 4.0 GPA)
+ Have not yet taken GMAT but hope to get 700 - 750

- Work experience:
+ Internship at Robotics department at university one summer
+ Internship at Rolls Royce (6 months) after graduation

-Extra curricular:
+ Captain of the rockclimbing team and on the committee of mountainering club at university
+ Volunteered every summer at festivals with charity (now hold leadership position)
+ Have led mountaineering expeditions (in the Alps and Himalayas)
