Difficulty of "Easy" Data Insights Questions - Need Some Clarity

Hi everyone,I've been practicing the Data Insights section using the Official Guide Bundle. Specifically, I've been working on the tabular questions, which I understand are only available online (not in the book).

However, I'm encountering a bit of an issue. When I filter the questions to "Easy" for the four different types of Data Insights questions, I find that they're not as simple as I expected. In fact, when I search for these questions on the GMAT Club Forum, I see that many people find them quite challenging. I have seen easy questions also to be rated here 805+.

Is it just me, or is something else going on here? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
