what to do to get 700 plus

Hey guys, I did my graduation in the States.After unable to find a descent job there(cause of the economy). I came back to India and started prep for GRE. Gave the exam twice but did't get a good score. I got an intern ship in Bangalore in Deutsche Bank in November 2011, and decided to go with it to get some work ex. I joined a c oaching institue in Bangalore for GMAT, and started studying for it, i gave my first mock test in Jan 12 and got a score 440 So I used to study for it now and then but not realy seriously. In May last year I got a full time Job Offer with DB and had to relocate to Jaipur. So I decided to go with it. Still I used to study for GMAT
now and then in November i got serious as I thought i need to finish this and to get a decent MBA school. Joined another coaching institue and these were my mock scores MGMAT 1-580 MGMAt 2- 550 800scores- 580, GMAT PREP 1- 560 GMAT PREP2- 620 and the non CAT GMAT club exam- 700.(note they are not in order)

I have been studying and with no sleep for GMAT but I know deep down that I could't get a scpre beyond 650 on the real test and I need a 700+ for a good Bscool. I have been memorizing SC rules and stuff but I am still stuck in this limbo. Don't know what else to do??
