Hi,
Looking for career guidance. My brief profile is below:
Work Experience:
Currently working with Hero Fincorp as Area Credit Manager for SME loans
Worked with Indusind Bank as working capital credit manager 4.5 years.
Previously worked with idbi bank in similar profile for 2 years and IBM for 2 years in supply chain.
overall experience of 8+years.
PGDM Finance from Alliance Business School Bangalore(2.8/4.3 cgpa)
Bachelor of Engineering in computer Science (71%)
Career goal-- To pursue career in Credit Risk analytics role, developing cheaper solutions for SME and smalll scale banks which cannot afford bigger existing softaware packages.
Currently, I am preparing for GMAT and targeting a score above 740. Want to get admission in a reputed institution(global) for better opportunities and networking. However I am confused and dilemma whether I should target MBA programme or analytics? I wrote to few B-schools regarding their MS analytics programme like MIT sloan and got response like they only prefer candidates with not more than 3 years of experience.
So would like to know expert thoughts.
