Hi Folks!
Background: I am a NON(anti)-finance guy *thats all you need to know*![Cool 8-)]()
I am currently taking a class in Coursera called Introduction to finance by Prof Gautam Kaul from Ross School of business. It has just been two weeks since the course was began and I am already feeling like picking up a corporate finance book and reading.
I encourage all of those who try their best efforts to get away from finance to give this course a try. Trust me, you wouldn't regret.
This course is definitely for the folks who are not from finance background and are looking to gear up for a tough 2 yrsof MBA Finance (2013 or anytime in the future).
Least of all, this course is for the people who have bank accounts and have to deal with interests and loans! I guess its everyone of us!![Razz :P]()
[I ain't kidding, i didn't know monthly interest rate will effect the annual interest rate]
To give a preview and break the ice here (those who are still thinking about finance as alien language)...
Let me break the biggest myth about finance (of course I didn't Prof did)
