MBA vs. MSc

Hello,

I'm not sure wether this is the correct forum to ask this question: But what exactly is the difference between MBA and MSc programs? Is it true, that all MBAs don't require any previous economic or business education - or are there also MBAs, which can be considered "consecutive"? And the other way round: Are all MSc programs "consecutive" or can I also apply for a MSc withouth a Bachelors degree in business or economics. Or does it all depend on the B-School?

In my case: I do have a bachelors degree with some economics contents, but not a full "Bachlor of Business Administration" or something alike. I'd like to get an MBA, but if MBAs are for "business beginners", starting only with the basics of business and economics, then it probably wouldn't be the right thing for me...

Thanks!
SW
