Does anyone have experience completing the background check with Re Vera? Do they contact HR at each organization, or the managers directly?
Reason being that I haven't informed my manager yet, and am a bit worried about how it would affect my bonus over the next year, so I would like to have advance notice to manage that conversation. I'm assuming I could speak to HR about keeping the check confidential.
If anyone has any experience going through the same, would greatly appreciate your insight!
