When a 2-digit number is divided by the sum of its digits,

When a 2-digit number is divided by the sum of its digits, the quotient is 4. If the digits are reversed, the new number is 6 less than twice the original number. What is the original number(s).

A. 12
B. 21
C. 24
D. 42
E. Both (A) and (C)
