Not sure if this is under the right topic. Here is my review of The Pearson VUE at Rajagiri school of social sciences.
Firstly, there was a lot of construction going on in the building. It was quite hard to concentrate with the constant use of metal grinders and heavy thumping coming from the floor above. Do not host the exam if you have construction going on that day.
Second, remove that landline. It was very irritating when it kept on ringing between the test.
Third, invest in an immediate power backup. For an exam in which every second is precious there was a blackout for a minute when the power went off.
Fourth, fix the door. The door has a metal frame and it heavily scrapes on the floor when anyone opens it.
Finally, change the keyboard. There was a lot of input lag during the awa section and I dont think it was due to a lack of memory. The keyboards looked pretty old.
All in all for an exam which is expensive, I would expect a lot better service.
