I did not understand what is intended in the modifier.
Did it mean that the ridge is early site of Jerusalem which is now occupied by Palestinian residents?
I was told the early site of Jerusalem and today packed with houses... are items in list joined by and( as in X and Y).
However, I didnt understand that.
Please explain what the sentence actually meant.
